This is our absolute starting point for youth fitness and performance. Built for kids ready to kickstart their fitness journey, as well as active athletes looking for a high-utility workout to supplement a heavy game schedule. YoungBucks is a strength and performance program built to help middle schoolers get stronger, faster, and more confident for the sport they love. Perfect for athletes with little or no lifting experience, your child will train in a positive, structured environment with certified coaches who know how to push kids safely and effectively.

Don't let them fall into the multi-team trap. When kids play on 2 or 3 competitive teams, sacrificing long-term training means hard-earned gains fade away by mid-season, leaving them exhausted and injury-prone by playoff time. In YoungBucks, athletes learn the secrets of the main lifts, unlock their foundational strength base, and gain the technical knowledge required to dominate their season. This is the necessary launching pad that prepares them to eventually graduate to the elite RAGE CAGE training track.
